How long does it take for my order to arrive? You can expect your order to take up to 5-7 working days for National orders and 10-15 days for international orders, depending on the size of your order order.

Do you accept international orders? YES we do! You can go to our Etsy shop at https://www.etsy.com/shop/partybunchco and order paper goods from there. Not all of our products are on Etsy, if you are interested in something that we only sell in SA please email me at jozelle@partybunchco.com and I will gladly assist you.

It there a cost for delivery? Yes. We use Aramex couriers for parcel delivery for National orders, and the SA postoffice service for International orders - all orders National and International will have a tracking number.

Do you charge sales tax? Tax is included into the costs on our products.

Is my transaction secure? Yes! We work with an excellent website provider. Credit and order data is encrypted and secure. We are Level 1 PCI compliant and use 128 bit SSL certificate to keep order details secure.

Do you accept payments in two instalments? We only accept instalments with the Wedding Stationery orders. When you request more info we will send you the necessary documentation to fill in.

What are your payment methods? We accept payment methods for Visa, Mastercard, Discovery and PayPal for National orders.

Do you accept returns and refunds? Yes we do! Please see our Shipping Policy.

Do you provide digital artwork for print at home options? No we don't. Each product we produce has a standard of high quality paper and method of printing. We want to keep it that way. 

What kind of paper do you print on? All our papers we print in our studio in Westlake, Cape Town, and our product range is FCS™ approved and acid free.

Can I have samples of the paper / designs before I decide to get work done? I can gladly send you a paper sample booklet, and if you would like to see your design printed as a sample I can send that to you as well, no problem - there is only a small charge for courier.

What print process do you use? At this stage we are digital and litho. We do offer letter press and silkscreen as well on special requests. 

Can I find your product in store? Yes you can! Please see our Stockist on our website at http://partybunchco.com/pages/stockists

Do you supply a custom stamp service? Yes we do! Please see our current stamp designs online at http://partybunchco.com/collections/ink-stamps You are welcome to contact me via email if you have any enquiries on custom designs.

Do you offer a custom Wedding Stationery service? Yes we do! You can email me at jozelle@partybunchco.com with your enquiry and I will email back on costs and more info on our services.

Do you offer a printing service? Yes. We can print your stationery for you, and we offer a foiling service as well. 

 

  • WEDDING STATIONERY FAQ

How does the process work? Get in touch with me and I will be sending you a Wedding Information Document that contains all the information you will need before you decide to use PB&Co as your stationery designer and printer. You will also receive a Contact Form and T&C's that you need to fill in and email back to me before any work can start. I will invoice you in what your requirements are and 50% payment of the design costs are due before I start any work. 

Are changes included in this service? You can make make up to 2-3 changes for the designs I will be sending you - it is included into the costs. If you do go over the time give to work on your stationery I will send you an additional invoice for time spent on your designs.

How long does it take to receive my wedding stationery order? When we have received the signed Contact form and T&C's form, and your 50% payment was made, you can expect the first draft of your wedding stationery in less than 5 working days.

Do I have to book time with PB&Co to assist me on my stationery? If you are in a hurry, or have a special requirement you are welcome too.

How long before I should send out my wedding materials (Save the Date and Invite/RSVP) must I contact PB&Co for an order? It is save to say to contact us at least 2 - 4 months before, this will give us enough time to schedule in your order and prepare it for printing.

Do you keep my wedding details secure and private? Yes we do! Your details we identify as personal and confidential.

Where, and how do I submit my wording for my wedding stationery order? When you request more info on stationery, we will be sending you a Wedding Info Document with all the necessary steps that you need to take - we request that you send us all of your wedding stationery information on a Word document, it is easier for us to copy your details in this way.

Can you assist me with etiquette and wording? No, we regret that we don't have this service - we are looking into having this soon!

Will I receive a proof before my wedding stationery is printed? I will be sending you a digital proof that you need to sign-off before we go to print. If you would like to see a actual printed proof on the selected paper I will be happy to send you one - there is a small charge for courier.

Can I use the proofs received to create other stationery materials? No. We are very strict with our copyright policy. You are not allowed to use the designs of PB&Co to produce further materials for you occasion, or to distribute or sell.

Can I customise the colour scheme / design elements in my chosen design? The themes that are designed is set and no alterations can be made to it, only the indicated text sections can change as indicated in the preview gallery in each theme section.

What if I need to cancel / change my wedding stationery order? You can cancel the order before we printed any materials, PB&Co has a penalty fee for the cancelation of 15% of the order costs. If the order was already printed we can't refund you. If you want to change the details that was already printed and received we can not refund you, you will sign a proof of the design with all the details that was supplied by you and it will state that we can not refund you after you have signed off the proofs emailed to you.
