SHIPPING:

PB& Co is an online store and we try and get your order to you quickly as possible.  
  
  • Local courier delivery: starting at R70.00 - delivery in 1-3 working days
  • International shipping: starting at R220 - delivery in 5-15 working days
  • South African Post Office service + tracking number (International only): starting at R220 - delivery in 2-12 weeks.
  • FREE Local Shipping for orders over R400 (SA only) 
  • Collect from our Lakeside studio: Mondays - Fridays between 10am-5pm.

Courier deliveries: At check-out, it is necessary to leave a contact number for our couriers to contact you during delivery hours, and a street address should be submitted - no PO Box address is accepted for this service.    

Cape Town Courier deliveries only: For door-to-door deliveries, if attempted twice to make delivery and failed to get hold of the customer, you will need to come collect at the PB&Co studio or at the closest collection point in your area that we will direct you to. You will be contacted by a PB&Co representative.

  

  

GENERAL FAQ:

   

How long does it take for my order to arrive?
You can expect your order to take up to 1-3 working days for National orders and 10 days to 3 months for International orders, depending on the size of your order and shipping option.
  
Do you accept international orders?
YES we do! You can go to our Etsy shop at https://www.etsy.com/shop/partybunchco and order paper goods from there. Not all of our products are on Etsy, if you are interested in something that we only sell in SA please email me at jozelle@partybunchco.com and I will gladly assist you.
  
It there a cost for delivery? 
We charge for use of Collivery couriers for parcel delivery for National and International orders - all orders will have a tracking number.
  
Do you charge sales tax? 
Tax is included into the costs on our products.
  
Is my transaction secure? 
Yes! We work with an excellent website provider. Credit and order data is encrypted and secure. We are Level 1 PCI compliant and use 128 bit SSL certificate to keep order details secure.

Do you accept payments in two instalments? 
We only accept instalments with the custom design orders. 
  
What are your payment methods?
We accept payment methods for Visa, Mastercard and PayPal.

What kind of paper do you print on? 
All our papers are FCS™ approved and acid free. All our papers used are from responsible sources.
  
What print process do you use? 
At this stage we are digital and Litho.

Returns:

  

1. MAKE SURE YOUR ORDER QUALIFIES
Orders may be returned so long as:

  • a. The order is new, unused and unopened
  • b. The order is returned within 10 days of receipt
  • c. The order was not purchased on sale. 

Personalised orders are non refundable.

  
2. RETURN YOUR ORDER & PACKING SLIP
Send your order, along with its original packing slip, to: PARTY BUNCH & CO, PO BOX 191, Muizenberg, 7945, Cape Town

Please keep the tracking number and any other relevant shipping/postal information in the unlikely event we do not receive your return shipment.  

  
3. AWAIT CREDIT
Once a qualified refund is received we will process your refund as soon as possible. The charges placed on your card will be credited to you, though shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Please note that refunds may take up to ten business days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. If for any reason you do not receive the credited amount within that time frame, please feel free to contact us.

What information do we collect?
We collect information from you when you register on our site, place an order or subscribe to our newsletter. How does PBCo protect your information?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information. We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by this authorised with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc) will not be stored on our servers.

   

Does PBCo use cookies?
Yes. Cookies are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your computers hard drive through your Web browser (if you allow) that enables the sites or service providers system to recognise your browser and capture and remember certain information. We use cookies to help us remember and process the items in your shopping cart and compile aggregate date about site traffic and site interaction so the we can offer better site experiences and tools in the future.
