  • What is your Return & Refund policy?

Orders may be returned for a refund within 5 days of receiving the parcel. Once we have received the parcel the costs of your purchase will be credited back to you, though the delivery cost of R60 will be deducted from your total purchased cost.

 

  • What can I return for a refund?

If your parcel was damage during the delivery. Our couriers will also let us know on the incident.

If you changed your mind on the party and want to return your Tiny Troopers or Party Combo stationary. If your parcel was opened or used we can not refund you.

We don't except refunds or cancelations on the Wedding Central or Wedding Queen collection service after you have signed off the final proofs. By approving your final stationary proofs you accepted the Term and Conditions, and responsibility for the corrected information shown. If errors were found after proofs where approved, PBCo are required to charge for a reprint of your stationary order.

 

  • What are the steps I have to take?
Follow these steps:
  • Step 1. Take a photo of the parcel and email it to order@partybunchco.com with your refund request and personal information as stated on the Returns flyer.
  • Step 2. Fill in the Returns flyer with your details as requested by us to make your refund a quick process.
  • Step 3. Place the Returns flyer into the box with the stationary and seal with tape.
  • Step 4. Be ready for collection. We will send our couriers to collect the parcel, they will contact you to schedule a time that suits you best.
